Local Events

For a number of years we have been a very proud major sponsor for this great family friendly event. This epic 22km big ocean downwind event is for experienced paddlers but taking the whole family down to feel the excitement, comradery, fierce competition and watch as much as the race as possible is a feeling like no other. So, if you're a keen paddler, you've probably already registered but be sure to keep an eye on the MAKAI Paddlers website and Facebook page for updates.

If you're planning to spectate and cheer on the competitors, be sure to bring your chair, picnic rug, picnic, and your big voice for a day of cheering!

There is nothing quite like going on holidays to your favourite spot and there being, what we think is, THE BEST regional show in Ulladulla! Sadly, not all good things stay because we have to share them. The Milton Show is on 1st and 2nd March 2019 and will be featuring displays of dressage, cattle, pet show, U Beaut Ute, Battle of the Bands, various competititve events like wood-chopping and all the great things you'd expect from a agricultural and horticultural show.

The show will be finishing with a heart-stopping Rodeo from 7pm on Saturday night.

Each month the Cupitt's Winery open their grounds to the local farmers and producers to host the monthly produce markets on the last Saturday of each month. You cannot get any fresher that straight from the farms and kitchen of local suppliers, your meals will certainly taste better for it! Imagine heading off in the morning to the Local produce markets at Cupitt's Winery to buy some deliciously mouth-watering produce, a leisurely stroll and possibly a spot of morning tea. Then, stay on for lunch at Cupitt's Winery Restaurant "Cupitt's Kitchen" and indulge in some award winning, locally grown or home grown food and look over the scenic views of the winery. Enjoy a wine or two made from the very grapes you're looking out upon and when you've finished your beautiful lunch, why not have a peek at their little art gallery before you head off for the rest of your day.

The local Markets near the park boast an array of local produce, arts, crafts, music, food as well as a wonderfully vibrant and energetic, yet relaxing atmosphere at any of the three local markets, a perfect experience if you're exploring our local area!

When you visit us next be sure to visit one of these great markets:

Milton Village Markets are held the first Saturday of each month, as well as Easter Saturday and during Milton's various festivals. They're easy to get to, just along the Princess Highway at Milton at the Settlement.

Mollymook Beach Markets are operated by the Ulladulla Milton Lions when there's a 5th Sunday of the month at the Mollymook Beach Reserve.

Ulladulla Wharf Markets are held in the heart of Ulladulla Harbour, The Wharf every second Sunday of each month. These markets are co-ordinated by the Marine Rescue NSW, Ulladulla Unit.
